The 1803 antler-handled knife collection is hand forged in small runs by a group of talented bladesmiths based in the pictureque and historic Tharwa Valley, just south of Canberra.
Our blades are forged by hand using carbon steel. Once tempered and finished, these ruggedly handsome blades are set in handcrafted antler handles. Every blade has distinct and unique marks that reflect the forging process and every antler handle has its own colours and textures.
1803 knives and antler accessories are expertly crafted and a pleasure to use. No two are the same, and that is exactly how it should be.
