Annam is the vision of chef Jerry Mai. Jerry worked to bring together elements of her cultural history and her professional career in a tasty package just outside of Melbourne’s Chinatown.

Taking flavour cues from her understanding of Vietnamese, Thai and Cambodian cuisines, Jerry has created a menu of interesting and tasty dishes designed to share.
