Bacco Osteria is based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. With a strong focus on seasonal produce, we aim to source locally, using organic and sustainable goods wherever possible. We have strong relationships with our providors and farmers who supply us with incredible produce daily. Hand dived sea urchin from NSW, Port Phillip Bay scallops, Berkshire-cross rare breed pork from Oberon, organic vegetables from Fitzroy Falls in the Southern Highlands, and stunning organic fruit from the Hawkesbury River region. At Bacco we believe in a true Italian artisanal approach, making bread, pasta and soft cheeses daily.
