JULY: “THE RIFF OFF”
Taste is global. Which means one thing – we invite international chefs into the kitchens of the hottest restaurants in Sydney to collaborate with our best Sydney chefs and serve up an exclusive and genuine collaboration series for the next five months.
For our launch event in Sydney we will be bringing together two chefs on top of their game from each side of Pacific Ocean.
You all may know Louis Tikaram, the one who took helm of one of the hottest restaurants in LA, E.P. & L.P for the past four years. You also may know Clayton Wells, one of the hottest chefs in Sydney right now running both Automata and A1 Canteen both in Chippendale.
The aprons are off for as this duo will come together to ‘riff’ on each other’s food style. Clayton ‘riffing’ into Louis Modern Asian and Louis ‘ripping’ Clayton’s Modern Australian.
It all begins in two weeks with ‘The Riff Off’. GET ON IT.
