The only place you can experience a revival of dishes from these acclaimed chefs’ past menus is at Taste Collective Sydney this November. If that wasn’t exciting enough, you will also get to see what they are up to now featuring dishes from Bistro by Mark Best (Luxury cruise line Genting Dream), David Thompson’s Aaharn in Hong Kong and Scott Pickett’s Matilda 159 Domain in Melbourne.
For $125, visitors will start their 1 hour dining experience with a bespoke welcome cocktail, Duke by Dufftown, savour 2 taster-sized dishes with paired wine and finish with a Lallans Coffee digestif. Both cocktails deliciously created by The Singleton Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
